Gift Ideas for The Clean Freak

I love a clean house! (Who doesn’t?!) I just don’t like all of the work required to get one, so I am always looking for things to make it easier. And today I’ve rounded up some of my favorite and most interesting cleaning tools that would be great gift ideas for other “clean freaks” like me. 🙂

Gift Ideas for the Clean Freak

1. Deep Cleaning Service – First and foremost, more than any product or gadget, the best gift for someone who loves a clean house has got to be a cleaning service. You can easily find many companies that will do a one-time deep clean of a house, which might make more sense as a gift. (Make sure to check out local companies in your area first!)

2. Robot Vacuum ($300, on sale for $175) – An obvious choice. Especially great for people with kids and pets!

3. Dyson Vacuum ($390) – I received this as a surprise gift last year, and it is now one of my favorite items that I own. If you are in the market for a new vacuum or looking for a surprise big gift for someone who would appreciate it, I can’t recommend enough! It is easy to use, lightweight, and powerful.

4. Microfiber Cleaning Slippers ($13) – These are hilarious, but also brilliant. You can dust mop simply by walking around the house!

5. Clean Mama Recipe Labels ($21, on sale for $10) – DIY cleaning recipes printed on 10 clear labels. Would be great paired with some spray bottles as well!

6. Cleaning Caddy ($17, on sale for $14) – I love a caddy to help store and carry cleaning products. It’s especially useful for cleaning bathrooms – you can just do them all at once and easily bring everything you need with you.

7. Laundry Detergent Holder & Drip Catcher ($20) – For anyone who does laundry all of the time, this would be awesome.

8. Moisturizing Hand Sanitizer ($5) – For anyone who is cleaning their hands all of the time, this hand sanitizer is great because it also moisturizes, preventing dried-out hands.

9. Self-Draining Soap Dish ($13) – These are meant for bars of soap, but I like to use one with my kitchen soap pump to drain the water drips that build up in that area.

10. Scrub Daddy Sponge ($7) – This beloved sponge changes between being firm in cold water and soft in warm water so that you can use one tool for all of your scrubbing needs.

11. Swedish Dish Cloths ($11) – These are basically reusable paper towels – better for the environment and for the budget!

12. Angry Mama Microwave Steam Cleaner ($7) – This funny little gadget makes cleaning the microwave so much easier. (And yes, the strong resemblance between her and me DOES concern me…)

13. LARQ Water Bottle ($95) – This is a self-cleaning water bottle and water purification system. Very fancy!

14. Phone Sanitizer ($55-80) – I don’t like to think about how many germs are probably on my phone. I love my UV-light phone sanitizer, and I think it would be a great gift for other germophobes.

15. Toothbrush Sanitizer ($29) – Yet another item that a germophobe would love to sanitize.

16. Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day Candles ($18 for 2) – When all else fails, I light a candle. Because for some reason it just makes the house *feel* a little bit cleaner.
