About Our Founder

Hello! My name is Kristina. I am a wife, mom of 3 little ones, and the inventor of Baby Bumco.

My first son had a GI irritation that resulted in constant acidic poops as a newborn. His bum was raw with open blisters for over 40 days. Bringing relief to him consumed my every thought. At one point I read that proper diaper cream application included washing your hands before applying diaper cream. I knew this was not practical and was also tired of constantly smelling cream on my hands, so I invented the Baby Bumco Diaper Cream Brush. It's made of soft flexible silicone and is perfectly designed to gently brush diaper cream on little bums. Since the brush, I have developed several other products that I believe are game changers for diaper changers!

Product Description

Diaper changing has never been easier! The mom-invented Bumco baby diaper cream applicator makes spreading ointments, pastes, moisturizers, or healing creams onto your baby’s bottom quick, easy, and hygienic. Cream goes on smoother, thicker, and faster when you utilize the genius design of the Bumco spatula. Easy as A-B-C Scoop a generous amount of diaper cream onto the diaper cream spreader. Once loaded, gently brush the butt paste on your baby’s butt. Wipe the brush clean with an antibacterial wipe, boil the baby ointment spatula in hot water, or toss it in the dishwasher to sterilize it as needed. The ointment applicator for baby butts is made from soft, smooth, flexible silicone that is soft and gentle on your baby’s delicate skin. The silicone is BPA-free and toxin-free for your little one’s safety. It's also compliant with California Proposition 65. Convenient & clever This butt paddle for diaper cream features a suction cup base that will allow it to stand upright on any surface. The baby bum diaper cream spatula is especially useful if you don’t like the smell of cream on your hands or getting it stuck under your nails. It will also reduce the risk of accidentally scratching your baby!

I love my baby, and I love taking care of my baby.

What I do not love, is touching poop, or potentially applying cream or lotion to an area that may release said poop if she was not done.

So these items were perfect for what I needed!!

I have the small one in her diaper bag for when we are on the go, and I have the larger one at the changing station in her nursery room.

I love how both items are easy to use, and soft to touch. My baby has never complained while I have used the tool to spread cream or lotion near her bottom or on her bottom.
