Organizing Tricky Items: Cords

The Best Cord Organization Products

appliance cord controller

Appliance Cord Organizer: These attach to the back of kitchen appliances for convenient wrapping up of any extra cord length not in use. It’s great for small appliances both in use and in storage.

weighted cord holder

Weighted Cord Holder: These are so key for nightstands and desks, or wherever you want your charger cord to stay in place. It will never fall behind the furniture again!

power strip cover box

Power Strip Cover Box: I love these boxes to hide power strips and areas where there are a lot of cords. Not only do they look better, but they also help deter kids away from playing with the plugs. They are not child-proof in terms of closure, but I think they’ve still been helpful to have in the kids’ rooms and desk areas of our house.

reusable cable ties

Reusable Cable Ties: These may seem small and unnecessary, but they are the key difference between “controlled” cords and a tangled mess. I like to have a cable tie with every cord, charger, or electronic item.

magnetic cable ties

Magnetic Cable Ties: These are just a more fun and fancy type of cable tie! I use them for my hair appliances and other items that I use more frequently.

cord storage boxes

Cord Storage (2-pack): A storage solution like this will keep those back-up chargers beautiful and easily accessible.

cord storage boxes

Cord Storage (4-pack): Similar to above. I have these, and I love how they easily stack and have adjustable inserts for differently sized spaces.
