Enjoy Christmas Morning With This Super Simple Checklist
Picture this: a Christmas morning where you can stay put and enjoy the looks on your loved ones’ faces as they unwrap the gifts you worked so hard to get for them. No more frantic dashes to fetch forgotten items. It’s not too good to be true! If you have kids, you’re certainly familiar with the dinnertime-dash—where you can barely enjoy your own meal because you’re so busy taking care of everyone else. Well, Christmas morning is bound to be the same unless you’re proactive about it. And how can you do that? By spending just a few minutes getting organized the night before. By implementing my Christmas Morning checklist. This checklist will ensure everything you need is at your fingertips, so you can actually enjoy this precious family time and bask in the holiday spirit.
So without further ado, because I don’t want to waste your limited time during this busy season, here it is:
Christmas Morning Checklist
- Boxes for opened gifts
- Trash bags (+ recycling if you wish)
- Scissors
- Batteries
- Screwdriver
- Phone chargers
- Paper & pen (or just use your phone)
- Tissues
- Drinks (with lids!)
- Music
You obviously don’t have to do everything on this list, but it’s good to think through it all. It will just take a few minutes, and it will save you so much sanity on Christmas morning. So go, gather it up right now!
Best of luck and Merry Christmas to you all!
“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” – Isaiah 9:6
